Eyal Landesman
About the Artist
By Heart integrates texts and photographs from various time periods in a way that narrates a story that is greater than the sum of its parts. Through its exposure and presentation, Eyal and Anat’s personal, intimate story is expropriated from its protagonists to become a statement or speculation about the power in documentation, in making art, and in love, raising questions about the meaning of life and the need to leave one’s imprint.
